GEO-GO-DIP™ relies on a mission-driven network of volunteers who assist with training, community engagement, environmental monitoring, and public safety awareness. Our volunteers play an essential role in extending GEO-GO-DIP’s global impact and helping communities prepare for high-risk events and long-term resilience planning.
Volunteer Roles
- ✔ Community Response Liaison — Assist public agencies with GEO alerts & safety messaging.
- ✔ Environmental Field Observer — Help gather surface-level environmental readings.
- ✔ GEO Education Ambassador — Support presentations at schools, universities & civic centers.
- ✔ Training & Certification Assistant — Help coordinate GEO Academy sessions.
- ✔ Data Support Volunteer — Assist with anonymized input reviews & reporting workflows.
Basic Qualifications
- • Commitment to ethical data handling and GEO privacy standards
- • Good communication and teamwork skills
- • Ability to assist in outreach or field activities as needed
- • Training provided for all volunteer roles
